Join us on February 26th at 6:30 pm to benefit WIRES (Wildlife Rescue and Education Service), the largest wildlife rescue organization in Australia, with a five-course Penfolds Pairing Dinner to help rehabilitate native animals and their threatened ecosystems from the Australian wildfires.
Eberly Executive Chef Jo Chan and Pastry Chef Sarah Seghi will be presenting five courses highlighting Australian ingredients and culinary traditions from across the continent.
Penfolds has produced some of the most iconic Australian wines since 1844, earning the coveted title of "Winery of the Year" 2019 from Wine & Spirits magazine. We will explore their versatile range, including their Bin 51 Riesling, Bin 311 Chardonnay, Bin 28 Kalimna Shiraz, Bin 389 Cabernet/Shiraz blend, and finishing with their Club Port.
