Eberly Farm Dinner supporting Urban Roots
We are excited to showcase a chefs dinner series dinners at Eberly starting August 28th at 6pm. This series will highlight products sourced from some of the best local farms, foragers and stewards of the land and sea in the USA. Each of our chefs will prepare and choose ingredients in a course that reflects the seasons bounty.
Some local vendors include Boggy Creek, Springdale farm, Broken Arrow Ranch Wild Game, A Bar Ranch wagyu beef, the Chefs Garden, Heritage Seafood, Big Wheelbarrow, the Gristmill in Waco, Barton springs mill, Anson Mills
Tickets are $85 per person / $50 optional wine pairing available upon arrival.
